Disappointing Customer Service

I've been trying to get in contact with someone for a week now about an order that was never delivered. I have emailed and left messages through the chat box on their website, which have been marked "viewed" and still have not received any sort of reply. Not sure how to get in contact with them to resolve this issue.

DON'T order from here!

I made an order on the 12th of May and it said on my order that it would arrive in 3-6 days. It is now the 9th of June nearly a month. I paid $89 for a top that was meant to be a gift. I have emailed them 3 times between the date I ordered and nothing has come of those emails. Every time they just reply, "sorry we are experiencing delays" which is a load of crap. DON'T order from here. Such poor customer service for the money you are paying for one item.

Never shipped, poor response

Ordered an item on a Monday with expedited shipping. The company states on their website that orders place before a certain time of day will be shipped that day, and expedited shipping will take two to three business days. After about a week and a half I emailed them asking when my item would be shipped, they didn’t respond. A couple days later I sent another email, they finally responded saying they were having issues with shipping and could cancel the order if I wanted. I responded that I would like to cancel the order, again no response. It has been about three weeks now since I placed the order. Absolutely ridiculous, never buying from them again which is sad because I was really excited to try their clothes.

I'm convinced this company is fake

I'm convinced this company is fake! I never received my package and I've DMed the company and emailed their customer service email for help and no one has responded. I'm so upset by this experience. I found the brand through Instagram and thought it was so cute. I was so excited to receive my order and support an up and coming brand from Australia. But here we are, 3 weeks later, with no clothes and no help from the brand. It's very disappointing and I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Unreliable company :/ Would think twice before buying.

Long story short / TLDR: Extreme delays. Peppermayo said my package would arrive May 17th, yet it arrived June 4th. I had to pay an enormous customs fee which doubled the cost of the package. When I opened the package I found that one of the dresses were the wrong color (I ordered a white/cream dress, but I got a yellow dress), and even worse ONE OF THE DRESSES WERE MISSING from my package! I immediately reached out to Peppermayo and informed them of the situation. After a week and a half I got a reply informing me that I would be refunded for the package.

Said it would arrive in 15-20 days. After that time I emailed customer service, who said that it would arrive in Sweden May 17th. Today, May 24th, it has still not shipped from Austraila. The package hasn’t moved since April. I was planning to wear the dress for graduation, and therfore I ordered it in (what I thought was) good time before hand, a month and a half... Extremely irritated and saddened by the whole experience. First of all because of the fact that I won’t have a normal graduation, and now because I wont even have a dress to wear to it. I really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from Peppermayo, as I am seeing that many people have had the same problems with extremely long waiting times. I will however say that customer service has been polite and have probably tried their best.
UPDATE!
I have now received my package after having paid a customs fee that was as expensive as the items themselves, and having waited for almost 2 months. Customer service has tried to apologize for the delays, and Australia Post have also tried to excuse the long waiting. I was extremely upset to find that when I opened my package, one of the items I have paid for is missing! I will now have to wait an additional 2 months for it to arrive, as well as pay yet another gigantic customs fee when it finally arrives in Sweden. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY! They did not even succeed at completing their ONE job, which is to deliver the items the customer has paid for.
UPDATE!
After reaching out I was told I would be refunded for the total amount of the dresses (including the dress that I already got). My conclusion is that they a bit all over the place and not very reliable when it comes to actually receving items on time, or even receiving them at all. But at least their customer service tries their best to be nice and make up for the mistakes made by the company.

WORST customer service

I ordered a dress from them on May 5th. I paid $12 dollars for 2-4 day delivery because I need the dress for an event on the 14th. My order still has not even been shipped. I emailed them twice, both times asking for a refund for the express shipping I paid for as it has already exceeded 4 working days, and to ask them if there is any way they can ship my dress to me so I will have it by the 14th. Ashton from customer service responded to me both times and was completely dismissive, said nothing about the refund which I asked about twice, and gave me no information on when I can expect my dress to arrive. I don't know why express shipping was an option for me to pay for if they are running so behind. I also tried to call them multiple times when their website says they are open, and the phone number goes straight to voicemail. Honestly this website seems like a scam. What an awful experience, I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering from them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Just need some information

Honestly, really liked the two items I ordered from here. The dress that I bought was too big so I decided to return it for store credit. When looking to get store credit, the website offered a free $10 if I purchased something then for the return price. I decided to purchase two things for that price and pay an extra $9. I got a shipping confirmation from them April 28 but have not gotten anything since. I went on my account and there was no evidence of a new order and nothing about the return that I sent. I was charged the $9 on my card immediately after purchasing. I just want to know if I am going to get those clothes or if I can be refunded the money.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a dress from here weeks ago. I have yet to be updated on when it will be shipped. I have even tried to reach out through emails and calls but I never receive a response. At this point i just want to cancel my order but I can’t even do that! Do not purchase from Peppermayo unless you don’t care to get your purchase for months

Bad customer service

I placed my order, received confirmation, and then never received any tracking information. I contacted customer service at least 6 times, never heard back, and then when I finally got through to them 9 days after the order was placed they told me the item was out of stock. They did refund it, but it would have been nice to know it wasn’t going to ship a week ago when I still could have ordered a different dress to wear for the event.

SCAM

Payed extra for DHL Express only for my order to be shipped out a week later. Their website says they aim to have it shipped out within the same day the order is placed. There’s no point in paying extra for shipping if doesn’t get shipped out when promised.

Ordered from this website on February 25th…

Ordered from this website on February 25th, was told it would arrive March 3rd. The shipping update read that on March 5th the package arrived at my apartment complex but was sent back to sender because they didn’t have the unit number. This is understandable and I have been in touch with an associate about getting it sent back to me. However, it has been three weeks since I have received any shipping updates and they have stopped replying to my emails. I doubt my package will actually arrive due to their ambiguity and slow correspondence. I don’t recommend buying from this website if you want clothes to arrive on time.
Update: It is May 26th and the last shipping update I received was on April 6th (saying that my package reached their Los Angelos courier). Not sure how my package hasn’t moved since then. Really bad correspondence.
